Knowledge must live
What is the best knowledge worth if it is not applied and passed on?
For me direct practical relevance is important at work. In 2006 I therefore decided to leave my enterprise management position and made a step into self-employment in order to pass on and apply the knowledge that had been accumulated over the years. I love my work and I am someone who not only likes to think strategically and creatively develop ideas and solutions, but who also likes to put things into practice. You could call me a creative doer. And as a former competitive athlete I also know how important consistent, goal-oriented and persevering work is. All these experiences have made me an authentic pragmatist.
Impart knowledge
In all the years of my work a lot of knowledge has accumulated. I gained a lot of experience in different industries and functions. Nowadays it is my wish to pass on this knowledge to others in order to help them to achieve the best possible working and business results. Especially founders of new businesses and students are close to my heart. It is always a new challenge that I take up.
Whether small or large: I take new measurements for each customer.

And so I am a person who likes life and the things that reflect and interpret its different facets: art, music, literature and the exchange with people of every color and mindset. I am thinker and doer, epicure and sportsman. Certainly not perfect everywhere, but its like a cocktail: The individual ingredients may not taste very pleasurable at times, but in the right combination and individually composed, they are.
My career steps built upon each other in a national and international enterprise environments. I know the rules of the game of large and small organizations. And as a pragmatic and creative doer I am always able to develop new approaches for a successful business. I know these structures myself from my many years of professional activity.
